HPA ACCELERATED TRAINING PROTOCOLS

HPA services include the most advanced methodologies that are delivered in concise, actionable, mission-oriented, and time conscious training. Testimonials are available which attest to the effectiveness of these protocols. 

 

1.  HPA Speech Conditioning utilizes Limbic Suppression which provides for the fastest known method to reduce or eliminate fear of public speaking, (glossophobia). Developed within an intelligence community, grant-funded program at the University of South Florida, Limbic Suppression has proven, with supporting statistics,  to repeatedly deliver positive outcomes for those with glossophobia within hours. 

HPA Speech Conditioning also provides for individuals to acquire highly sophisticated levels of proficiency in public speaking, briefing, and teaching, as separate disciplines.

 

2.  HPA Personality Assessment utilizes Generation 2 DISC, the newly developed typology that represents the first major revision in DISC since its inception in 1928. Among other new features, Generation 2 introduces 24 substyles that provide enhanced understanding and clarification of DISC personalities. 

 

3.   HPA Leadership Training employs best practices in character-based leadership. It focuses on behavior, body language, and personal interface. It also addresses the roots of laziness, dealing with non-performers, structuring environments to assure performance, and understanding how and when an organization has either an obligation or responsibility to act in response to individual behavior. HPA Leadership also integrates leadership practices with all speaking and communication.
