HPA ACCELERATED TRAINING PROTOCOLS
HPA services include the most advanced methodologies that are delivered in concise, actionable, mission-oriented, and time conscious training. Testimonials are available which attest to the effectiveness of these protocols.
1. HPA Speech Conditioning utilizes Limbic Suppression which provides for the fastest known method to reduce or eliminate fear of public speaking, (glossophobia). Developed within an intelligence community, grant-funded program at the University of South Florida, Limbic Suppression has proven, with supporting statistics, to repeatedly deliver positive outcomes for those with glossophobia within hours.
HPA Speech Conditioning also provides for individuals to acquire highly sophisticated levels of proficiency in public speaking, briefing, and teaching, as separate disciplines.
2. HPA Personality Assessment utilizes Generation 2 DISC, the newly developed typology that represents the first major revision in DISC since its inception in 1928. Among other new features, Generation 2 introduces 24 substyles that provide enhanced understanding and clarification of DISC personalities.
3. HPA Leadership Training employs best practices in character-based leadership. It focuses on behavior, body language, and personal interface. It also addresses the roots of laziness, dealing with non-performers, structuring environments to assure performance, and understanding how and when an organization has either an obligation or responsibility to act in response to individual behavior. HPA Leadership also integrates leadership practices with all speaking and communication.

ORGANIZATION-SPECIFIC TRAINING
Training is structured to address the specific operational environment and needs of the unit, agency, command or business. Deliverables integrate best practices within the disciplines of speech, personality assessment (Generation 2), leadership, and managerial psychology to foster improvement in all vocational settings. Human Process Augmentation is utilized as a core component.

SPEECH: LIMBIC SUPPRESSION
According to the National Institute of Mental Health 74 percent of the population suffers from fear of public speaking, glossophobia. Limbic Suppression was developed at the University of South Florida by Patrick Guarnieri within an intelligence community funded program. This methodology has been recognized as the fastest means available to significantly reduce or eliminate glossophobia. Statistical studies have indicated that Limbic Suppression can significantly reduce or eliminate this problem within a matter of hours, rather than months or years using other methods. Limbic Suppression is done within classroom settings and has been utilized by private sector organizations, the military, and government agencies.
Duration: four hours minimum, determined by class size
HUMAN PROCESS AUGMENTATION (HPA)
A training regimen for improvement of operations and overall effectiveness by addressing human input, functions, and interactions individually, and then as a process. The best practices within the core elements of 21st Century communication, including speech conditioning, personality assessment, and leadership, are applied in an integrated and coordinated system of training to maximize human potential. The experience and knowledge gained in the above individualized modalities are then incorporated into on-site or simulated operational training. This allows participants to first learn to maximize their individual potential and then be further trained while applying their skill sets on the job. HPA training offers Generation 2 DISC, the first major revision to DISC since its inception almost 90 years ago, and offered exclusively by Bradford-Grant. Human Process Augmentation can be utilized in any organizational setting including the military.
Program duration: 2 - 3 days
CONFIDENCE - INFLUENCE
A training program which provides for the elimination of any significant or residual fear of public speaking, briefing, or sales utilizing phased Limbic Suppression. Dynamic and powerful speaking capacity is developed in a series of instructive and interactive drills. Generation 2 DISC is taught and practiced within each phase of this course. Finally, Human Process Augmentation Advanced Leadership is taught and practiced in class, which uses specific body language and speech that assures confidence, respect, and influence in dealing with others. Key insights are taught and practiced to impart an understanding of how your behavior influences the impression and respect others have for you.

ADVANCED SPEECH
Advanced speech training takes the seasoned professional and brings their level of performance to the highest level. Each element of the individual's performance is elevated to assure a dynamic performance that is captivating and interesting to the audience. The course addresses issues such as inflection, pace, body language, facial expressions, tone, and the measured pause. There are literally hundreds of interventions that we utilize to correct, fine-tune, and amplify performance, even among the best professional speakers.
