RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return and Refund Policy

At Bradford-Grant we take great pride in providing exceptional products and training. We want you to be satisfied with what any purchases and have established the following refund policies.

Products sold:
Please contact Denise@bradfordgrant.com for an authorization for a refund of any materials you have purchased on our website. Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the day you received the product. If you purchased something more than 30 days after receiving it, you are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same unused packaging that they arrived in when you received them. The return shipping cost will be paid by you unless
the product was damaged when you received it.

Training sold:
If you have paid for a training from Bradford-Grant and you wish to cancel, you will receive a full refund if we receive email notice that has been sent to Denise@bradfordgrant.com at least 60 days prior to the event. With a 30 day notice, you will receive credit towards the same training to be held on a different date for your refund. Any other no show, or cancellation within 48 hours of the event will result in a forfeiture of your payment.

DISC Assessments:
There are no reimbursements on fees paid for DISC assessments.
